Comfort Suites Lufkin

Everything was great with huge rooms. Good prices, nothing too much trouble. Nice building and rooms with good views. Location just next door to shopping areas, Lufkin for work and the Beaumont, Texas.

The indoor pool and the breakfast was good staff was great.Staff was awesome and friendly.

My room smelled a bit like mildew room 228 Stain sheets was in room 212 my teens had also Wifi was terrible ....that was all.

Would come here again, if in Lufkin. It's clean hotel with spotlessly clean and huge rooms and amiable staff.

The beds are very comfortable and there is a nice variety of pillows. Breakfast was nicer than I expected with fluffy eggs and sausage. Staff was friendly.

Entrance ramp to hotel was painted improperly. There was no change of color to indicated height change in ramp. My wife's shoe caught on ramp and she fell, injuring her hand and arm. Night manager saw it and came out to help and brought ice to the room for her arm. She is stiff and sore, but no permanent damage. PLEASE PAINT THE RAMP PROPERLY BY OUTLINING THE AREA IN YELLOW PAINT TO INDICATE HEIGHT CHANGE. Manager told us that others have fallen there as well. We will continue to stay at Comfort in spite of the fall. Your staff was helpful and caring.

The location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and check-in was efficient with a friendly clerk. The room had a musty smell, and the bathroom fixtures needed repair. The indoor pool was enjoyable, but the hot tub was out of order and the breakfast options could be improved.

I didn't like that I came at graduation time and there were many kids running and playing in the hallway, but other than that it was enjoyable.

I appreciated being just a short stroll from the naranjo museum of natural history, where i enjoyed some great exhibits, and the azalea trail was a lovely walk with beautiful views that enhanced my weekend experience. The hotel's amenities were suitable for a traveler like me looking to explore the city. But the check-in process could be improved to ensure a more cute atmosphere for all guests.

The location was great for our family. We visited the nearby Pines Theater, where we enjoyed a fun movie night together. The indoor pool was perfect for my teenage daughter, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the area.

My kids wished the hot tub was operational. An improvement would be adding fun activities for families.
